Easy Anti-Aging Tip

Hi Bellas,

I know this might sound paranoid, but it's best to start your anti-aging routine when you're young.  If you're pro-active about it, you won't have to worry about trying to fix it as much later on.  I started incorporated anti-aging products in my early 20's when I started my blog.  It's never too early to start by protecting your skin with sunscreen.

Click here to check out my anti-aging tip which you might not have heard of before!
Once you hit your 20's you should also incorporate an eye cream and serum to your routine if possible.

My Anti-Aging tip is to apply your excess face serum to your chest and back of your hands.  These areas are super susceptible to signs of aging.  I like to use my Jan Marini C'Esta Serum.  It's light weight and absorbs quickly.  Better yet, it smells like citrus.  I apply this right after cleansing my skin.  All you need is one small pump.

The decolletage is the area above your breast bone which gets a lot of sun exposure and can show aging.  When you apply your serum to your face, take a little extra and also hit your neck and your decolletage.  Ever seen a woman who has dark brown spots and wrinkling on their chest?  This is the aging process that you want to try and prevent.
Also apply the extra serum to the backs of your hands.  You can always tell a woman's age by their hands.  Our hands get so abused and dried out from day to day activites. This will keep your hands fresh and young.

Hope my quick tips help you all!  If you have any interesting anti-aging tips, leave them in the comments below!

After seeing leathery, weathered skin on the chest area of older ladies, I've ALWAYS made it a point to use sunscreen and skin products on that area! thanks for sharing!

Without exfoliation anti aging skin creams can’t work their magic on the skin. So you should follow a regular skin care regimen and exfoliate twice a week at least to ensure that fresh, live skin is soaking up moisture. For younger looking skin you need to make sure water is an essential part of your anti aging regimen and boost your antioxidant intake with a daily supplement.
