Spring 2014 NY Fashion Week: Charlotte Ronson: Makeup Recap & Rewear with Alcone at Home

Hi Bellas,

On day 3 of New York Fashion Week coverage, I'll be giving you a recap of Charlotte Ronson's show.  Known for her impeccable style and trendsetting designs, Ronson’s clothing and accessories have quickly become a favorite among such fashion forward celebrities, models and influencers including Blake Lively, Kirsten Dunst, Nicole Richie, Rihanna, Diane Kruger, Leighton Meester, and Kate Moss.  Charlotte Ronson even launched her own beauty line at Sephora in 2011.  Today i'm giving you a recap on the super youthful and easy to recreate makeup look.  Check it out!

Charlotte's designs were an interesting a mix of patterns and prints contrasted with cool accessories.  I can totally see many of these pieces being rocked by the everyday woman.

The makeup was all about strong brows and nude lips.

This is such an effortless, youthful look.  In real life, try taking an eyeshadow one or two shades lighter than your hair color and fill in your brows with an angled brush.  I recommend Alcone at Home Matte Eyeshadows in #7 a medium brown and #8 a dark chocolate brown.

To nude out your lips, use your concealer to have your own custom color.  Alcone's Dermacolor concealers are waterproof and come in a variety of shades for every skintone.
These are just a few ways to take runway trends into everyday life.  Hope you enjoyed today's fashion week post!
