Kim Kardashian Shimmery Brown Eyes

Hi Bellas,

Happy New Year! Sorry this post is out later than usual, but I slept in! I hope you guys had an awesome and fun time last night. I spent it out to dinner and drinks with great friends and then wayyyy too much Rock Band after, lol. I'll post pics soon!

Back to the entry!

I've had this tutorial on my to do list for ages! The first go around the video and pictures got messed up...the original tutorial took me so long to do that I really didn't feel like doing it again. However, the BF has been bugging me to do this tutorial for a while...he's like my business manager I tell yah! He thought that a lot of people would like the look so I bit the bullet and recreated it.

This time around I had a lot more of the same products Kim uses, so it made things a little easier.

Here are a few items that Kim uses on the regular:

EYES
-Cle de Peau concealer in Ocre
-MAC studio finish concealer NW25
-MAC select moisture concealer NW30
-painterly paint pot
-stila black kahal pencil
-L'Oreal Hypnose mascara
-MAC zoomlash mascara
-tan pigment
-sketch eyeshadow
-carbon eyeshadow
-knight devine eyeshadow
-print eyeshadow

FACE
-Intuit Photoshoot primer
-mineralized skin finishes in dark and medium dark
-MAC blush in gingerly
-MUFE liquid foundation number 4 and 5 mixed (not sure which kind)
-MAC select sheer powder NC30 and NW45

LIPS
-MAC subculture lip pencil
-MAC stripdown lip pencil
-MAC lipstick in Angel
-NARS turkish delight lipgloss
-clear gloss
-NARS belle du joeur

Instead of doing the typical smokey eye (there are already a lot of tutorials on this) I decided to do Kim's smokey brown, shimmery look. I tried to recreate with the products I have. I used Jardin Aires pigment instead of tan pigment (doesn't show up as much on me). Bare canvas paint instead of painterly paint pot (don't have it). Then I thickened my eyebrows, put on a cream cheek color and nude lip, and voila, Kim Kardashian Makeup!

Here's What I Used (All MAC unless otherwise stated):

EYES
-bare canvas paint
-jardin aires pigment
-shroom e/s
-sketch e/s
-blacktrack fluidline
-feline kohl powder
-spiked eyebrow pencil
-brown down e/s (for eyebrows)
-Ardell Wispies false lashes
-zoomlash mascara

FACE
-Ben Nye Concealer
-msf natural in med dark
-msf natural in dark
-graftobian cream blush
-shy beauty beauty powder blush

LIPS
-lip erase in Dim
-subculture lip pencil
-angel lipstick
-2N lipglass

Check out my video tutorial:

As you can see, I tried to get the light undereye look that Kim wears. The lighting made my pictures come out a little red, but you get the idea right?
