I'm a huge liquid liner fan. Typically I go for the blackest black color out there, but for quick makeup looks with a little pizazz i've been trying something different. Check it out!
I already mentioned the Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner in my December Favorites. They have a Navy Blue color which i've been reaching for more and more. It's a chic alternative to the typical black.
To me, Navy can also be worn as a neutral. I like to apply a thick winged out line to show off the color. No eyeshadow necessary.
Then you can pretty much pair it with any cheek and lip combo. As you can see, it's a very dark blue, a subtle pop of color. You can do thick or thin lines depending on how much pressure you apply.
