A few months ago, I participated in a shoot for an up and coming R&B artist Terrell. He wanted pics for his album cover and promotions. Nothing too fancy makeup wise...I just cleaned up his complexion and filled in his mustache a bit.
The only thing is that he came to the shoot with makeup on. I think there was a misunderstanding so he had his sister apply some foundation before hand. I could definitely tell he had some on because she applied foundation to him the way that girls do and he was starting to oil up. When applying foundation to a man, you have to keep it light and natural. I ended up doing some corrective work by sheering down his coverage, covering up his oilies, and concealing some blemishes that were missed. Terrell also has small eyes, so I worked on his brows a bit to open up his eye space.
Here's What I Used:
-cinema secrets foundation
-invisible set pro powder
-Covergirl clear mascara
-spiked eyebrow pencil
I like the way the pictures were photoshopped with the neon effects.
Till next time, Ciao Bellas!
