5 Minute Makeup Tutorial featuring Alcone at Home

Hi Bellas,

Happy Tuesday!  Today's lesson is all about quick and easy makeup.  So quick that a fresh polished look should only take 5 minutes.  I used all of my favorite products which are up on my Alcone Website www.AlconeAtHome.com/MakeupByRenRen .  Check it out!

A little bit of coverage can go a long way.  The best tinted moisturizer is one where you can take top of the line foundation and moisturizer and can custom mix to you needs.
I mixed RCMA Foundation in Shinto #2 with Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentrait to get a nice liquid consistency.  Both of these products are Makeup Artist favorites.  James Vincent, Celebrity MUA and Powder Group/Makeup Magazine and Makeup Show staple recently named RCMA a cult product in a recent Beautylish Article here.  Now you can buy these in pan form for your palettes from Alcone at Home - great for Makeup Artist Kits and your personal makeup stashes.  This will give me enough coverage to even my skin tone.
Top it off with a bit of Alcone's Perfect Pressed Powder to set it in place for the day.
Brows make a huge difference.  I simply fill them in with a bit of shadow to give them more shape.  This frames my face for more definition and an overall more polished look.
I'm not going to spend tons of time on eyeshadow or contouring.  To brighten up my face, I'm just going to highlight.
Take blush #6 and highlight all the areas of your face where you want to light up - arches of the brow, bride of the nose, tops of the cheeks, tearducts and cupid's bow.
Next give your face a bit of color and apply a no fuss blush to your cheeks.  I use shade #1, a mauvey brown because it's one of those neutral shades that goes with all skin tones and all looks.
Throw on a little bit of liquid liner to define your eyes.  The Alcone at Home Perfect Liner Pen lasts all day and doesn't smudge.  The thin tip also gives you precise detail or press a bit harder for a bolder line.
And finish off with some mascara.  One of my favs is Makeup For Ever Smokey Eyes.

Top it off with an easy pink gloss to give moisture, shine, and a little bit of color.  I used Alcone's Blinged Out Gloss in Peace.
Check out the difference that 5 minutes will do.  I went from tired and plain to fresh and polished.

In the meantime, check out my girl Casey's take on 5 Minute Makeup at www.beauty101blog.com.  She'll show you how to get super organized so that you'll get your look down in 5 minutes flat.

Till next time, Ciao Bellas!
