Girls Night Out - Leona Lewis Inspired

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another makeup look from my Caress Girls Night Out.  My friend Melissa found her look while we were at the hair salon waiting to get our blow out.  I actually use Melissa in a lot of my videos and I always encourage her to try new and fun makeup looks.  Once she saw the picture of Leona Lewis below, she was hooked!

Melissa was the first person I made over that night so I took my time.  Ironically, her look was the easiest!  It's a very nude eye with wingled liner and a pop of teal on the lower lashline.  She was wearing a bright blue dress and she thought the pop of teal would compliment it nicely.

Here we are getting ready in the hotel room.  For the pop of color, I used the teal from my Stila Barbie Palette.  I darkened the outer half with a bit of dark blue from my Yaby Palette to give her eyes a bit of dimension.

On the lids, the look is super nude.  I primed with UDPP, MAC Bare Canvas paint and then set it with MAC Blanc Type eyeshadow.  I put a tiny bit of color in the crease using MAC's Kid eyeshadow.  I went with a super clean winged out line using MAC's blacktrack fluidline.  This simple look is clean and makes your eyes pop.  We added a nice bright pink gloss to spice up her lips.

Since we weren't doing too much with the eyeshadow, I wanted to make sure and take time on her brows and liner and make it perfect.

That's all for now!  Stay tuned for more of my Girls Night Out Looks!
