I wanted to share pictures from a recent wedding makeup I did. I gave the bride a classic glam. Interestingly enough we made some changes to her makeup on a whim the day of. Check it out!
I'm finally back with another makeover, sorry for the delay! Today's client is a bride getting ready for her Spring wedding. She was a referral from a previous bride. She's not a makeup wearer so we went for something super fresh and natural. We put a little shimmer on the lids, a natural false lash and then focused on perfecting her skin. Lastly, we put a glossy lip color similar to her natural lips and voila, fresh and glowing bride!
I'm not going to lie, as a new mom, my Girls Night Outs have decreased dramatically. So when I do have a chance to hit the town with my girls, I film it! I didn't have a lot of time to do my makeup what with a baby and all, so I show you some easy tricks to get an evening look quick! Check it out!
I've been trying to venture out of my box in terms of my eyeshadow choices. I'm trying to get out of my favorite neutrals and use color! This time around, I was inspired to do a colorful look using the Pur Cosmetics Dreamsworks Trolls Palette. Check it out!
I'm a huge fan of orange toned makeup. I think the color is so vibrant and really makes your eyes pop. In today's look i'm rocking Sugarpill's Pumpkin Spice line. It's absolutely gorgeous. Check it out!
I wanted to share with you another client before and after. I love when my clients want to have a little bit of fun with makeup. I had an Asian client who came to me because she trusted me to work on her Asian features. It was her birthday and she wanted something outside of her norm. We went for a fun smokey look. It's funny because growing up, I heard so many things that you shouldn't do with Asian makeup - don't apply dark colors, don't apply too much eyeliner...well in this post I show you that sometimes you should break those rules. Check it out!
Who doesn't love a before and after? I'm catching up on posting pictures of clients i've done in recent months. Today i'm showing a very pretty natural makeover on an Asian client. Oftentimes I do book my Asian clients because as an Asian makeup artist, they trust that I can work with their ethnic features where interestingly enough we still may have different eye shapes. I think that all makeup artists should be able to work with all faces. It's all about challenging yourself. Check out the before and after!
