New Sedona Lace Vortex Brush Collection Designed By Me!

Hi Bellas,

I have some really exciting news.  If you follow me on facebook or twitter, i've already started talking about it, but I wanted to share with you my newest project.  I've recently designed a Brush Line for www.sedonalace.com After several months of hard work I'm excited to finally show you the Vortex Collection.

Here's my background story on how I developed this brush line.  I've pretty much worked with www.sedonalace.com from their very beginning, giving them my feedback on products, design, etc.  After working together for almost two years, they gave me the opportunity to design a brush line for them.  They already had their original set, but wanted to add to their brush collection.  I've tested out so many brushes over the years as a blogger, makeup enthusiast and artist, and I was excited to really give my input into this line.

I wanted the brushes to be a bit more advanced - more of a pro line to produce more advanced makeup techniques for both artists, advanced users, and those who want to progress in their skills.  These are brushes which I consider must-have for achieving more technical looks.  I really put my heart and soul into the collection.  I started from scratch, personally picking out the brushes, testing them, making notes for revisions, testing them again over and over and the process still continues.

Here are some behind the scenes views of my testing process...these are actual test photos and comments I created during the process.

You can find the products at http://www.sedonalace.com
The set of 13 brushes and the brush belt retail for an affordable $79.95.  You can also buy the brush belt for $19.95 or the brushes alone for $69.95.  The best deal is if you buy the belt and apron together.  You can also use code renren for $4.00 off your order.

I'd say the collection is still a work-in-progress.  I'm a die-hard true blogger and I review honestly from the heart.  Being the perfectionist I am, I am still requesting finishing touches on the brushes.  I don't want my viewers to worry about shedding, bleeding, bristle scratchiness and other quality issues.  I've given them my honest feedback about which brushes have needed improvement and we've fixed issues until the result was satisfactory.  The company has guaranteed me that with each phase, i'll get to make more tweaks and developments, and add more new brushes - yay!

The official pretty page featuring the brushes will go out next week, but the brushes and all the content and descriptions are up now.  I actually personally wrote each brush description.  I treated it like a thorough review, listing every possible use for the brush and I even gave a personal tip on using each brushes.  You'll notice it's definitely different from the standard brush description as I go into detail and even discuss using the brushes for techniques like cutting the crease.

Please definitely let me know your honest feedback on the brushes.  We'll continue to develop the line and make it even better.  I've got big plans for this brush collection - new colors, different metal finishes, more brushes, better quality and the list continues.  I'm excited to bring you all on the journey with me.  Thanks to Sedona Lace and all my readers for supporting me and making this dream come true.

P.S. - I'm going to do a video on how to actually use the brushes and I'll be doing a huge giveaway for some of these brush sets as well.  Stay tuned!

FTC Disclosure:  I am affiliated with the company.  These are my honest thoughts and opinions.
