Yazmo Traincase with Drawers Review

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another review.  If you follow me on twitter, you might have seen some glimpses of this product.  I have a new traincase to show you and it's super unique.  I've used it at a couple of gigs already and I give it two thumbs up!

If you've seen any of my previous train case videos, you'll know that www.yazmo.com is the spot to find a huge selection of traincases at reasonable rates.  I had a chance to try out one of their newest models.  I'm a huge fan of soft, rolling traincases because they're lighter which is super convenient when you travel or have to drag a traincase up several flights of stairs.

  • Testing It Out
I've actually used this traincase on two separate weddings gigs and it worked great.  They were smaller gigs so I was able to fit everything in them perfectly.  It was so much quicker to clean up because everything stayed in their drawers.  I didn't even need to lug a brush apron because of the built in brush roll which is actually very nice.

    Pros
    very compact design
wheels make it easy to travel
    not too heavy when filled
ergonomic handle, shoulder strap, and expandable handle make it easy to roll, carry, or put on your shoulder
drawers are heaven - keeps you organized and saves counter space
removeable brush roll is a plus
large compartment is handy for bigger items

    Cons
    Smaller than I'm used to
Entire set of drawers can slide out if you pull to hard
Drawers can get caught if you overfill them
    $$$ definitely an investment
I wish the pockets on the outside were a little bit bigger
Shipping for those out of the US is very high

Would I recommend?  Yes!  I've been longing for a traincase with drawers for a long time.  It also has the benefits of being soft-sided and rolling.  I wish they had a size that was a smidge bit better than I'd be in heaven.

I love this idea because lugging my metal train case is such a pain but there is no room for an airbrush machine. I wish there was a blend of this case with a hollow bottom for airbrush and hair items.
Thank you for posting this review!
