Stila Romantic Pink & Brown Eyes

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another tutorial!  Today's look is a bit softer and romantic.  I was inspired by the colors in the Stila Marrakesh palette.  It's an extremely wearable look using pinks and browns.  I've always loved Stila shadows.  They're so easy to blend and are super pigmented.  This is a great look for daytime or even a date.

Here are some of the products from BeFlurt used in today's tutorial:

Stila Marrakesh Palette:  Originally $38, retails for $16.89 (In the video I accidentally said it was $8).  This palette was the inspiration for my look.  Pinks and browns never go out of style and they create such a romantic, wearable look.  The colors all have a shimmer to them.  I would have preferred at least one matte finish in the mix but you can also add your own matte shadows for balance.

Bobbi Brown Lip Sheer in Natural Beige- Originally $22, Retails for $11.99.  I'm a huge fan of Bobbi Brown products.  This color is an amazing nude tone.  It allows just enough coverage with being sheer enough to not give my lips a cakey look.  It does have that old school lipstick smell though, but I'm willing to overlook it since the color is so pretty.

Pixi Lip Booster in Daisy - Originally $14, retails for $2.99.  I've always wanted to try out this line and when I finally did, it did not disappoint.  This is a twist-up gloss, similar to the Stila Lip Glazes.  The color is absolutely gorgeous on top of the Bobbi Brown nude shade.  I've been rocking this combo non-stop.  I love how this is a nude shade but it has subtle gold shimmers.  The shimmers don't look obvious, but they give the look a really nice shine.

Pixi Water Blush in Chesnut Stain - Originally $16, retails for $5.99.  I've been rocking my Jemma Kidd blush non-stop and I'm almost out.  I was happy to try out another brand.  This one is similar to the Benefit cheek stains with it's nail polish style applicator.  In the video, I applied the stain using a cheek stain on damp cheeks and the color is really pretty - truly a glow from within look.  These stains last so much longer on me than regular blushes or even those of the cream variety.

The final look!

This is a more natural look for me.  I tried to change it up by adding more of a fish tail shape to my shadow and trying out individual lashes on myself.  I find it so much easier to pop individuals on my clients.  Honestly, I don't think the pictures show the makeup as well as the video does.  That's the problem with shimmery shadows, they don't always photograph well.
