Smokey Eye for a Night Out with the Ladies

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another FOTN.  I went for the traditional smokey eye.  It's one of the easiest looks to do.  I wore it in preparation for doing a smokey eye look for a charity fashion show I was participating in.

I actually wore this look out for a dinner with my sorority sisters.  It was quick and easy to pull off after a full day at work.  The key is to keep it dark at the lashlines and then smoke it out.  I like using a brown shadow to fade between the dark lid color and the light highlight color.  I also definitely recommend a good blending blush to make sure you get a good color fade.

Here's What I Used (All MAC unless otherwise mentioned):

FACE
Prep & Prime
Studio Tech NC43
Select Sheer Pressed Powder NC40
Summer Rose Beauty Powder

EYES
Steelo eyeshadow base in medium
carbon eyeshadow

Tarte Brow Pencil in Medium Brown

LIPS

Till next, time Ciao Bellas!
