Beauty Fill in the Blank

Hi Bellas,


I got this idea from Spoiled Pretty's Blog.  She had an interview with celebrity Makeup Artist about filling in the blanks for statements regarding his favorite beauty tricks and brands.  I thought it was really fun to do and I wanted to share my answers vs those of Mario Dedivanovic.

Here are Mario's Answers

1) The first beauty product I ever bought was Stila brush - #15, I think.
2) My favorite drugstore beauty product is L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black.
3) Every woman should own Eye M Glam highlighter.
4) Splurge on foundation and save your money on lip gloss/lipstick.
5) Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Lipstick in RD 165 is a universally flattering red lipstick.
6) La MerbeautyblenderDior are my three favorite beauty brands.


Here are Mine:
1) The first beauty product I ever bought was Dr. Pepper flavored Lip Balm
2) My favorite drugstore beauty product is Aquaphor or Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner
3) Every woman should own a skincare regime specific to your skin type
4) Splurge on foundation and save your money on lipgloss
5) MAC Ruby Woo is a universally flattering red lipstick.
6) MAC and Graftobian  are my favorite beauty brands (I couldn't quite narrow it down to three)

2) My favorite drugstore beauty product is CoverGirl Lash Blast Mascara
3) Every woman should own a skincare regime specific to your skin type (ditto, couldn't say more)
4) Splurge on foundation and save your money on lipgloss (ditto ditto, GREAT foundation is a must)
5) MAC Lychee Luxe is a universally flattering coral lipgloss

5) The best lipgloss I've ever tried is Stila's lipglaze. They last for a long time on the lips, are not too sticky and don't make your lips look overly shiny.
6) NARS, TheBalm and Bobbi Brown are my three favorite beauty brands.

The first beauty product I ever bought was Posner Foundation (in the WRONG color of course lol).

My favorite drugstore beauty product is Maybelline Lash Stilleto(check out my Youtube True Review HERE).

Every woman should own RED LIPSTICK!

Black Radiance Cherry Pie is a universally flattering red lipstick.

Black Opal, INGLOT & Graftobian are my favorite beauty brands.

I decided to make a post of yours, Mario and my answers...this was an awesome idea and I wanted to share with my readers as well. it would be great if some other beauty gurus/celebs answered!!! id love to know their answers!

1) The first beauty product I ever bought was a black eyeliner
2) My favorite drugstore beauty product is CoverGirl Lash Blast Mascara or Rimmel Eyeliner (couldn't pick between the two)
3) Every woman should own sassy red lipstick
4) Splurge on haircare and save your money on eyeshadow (there are a ton of brands with amazing colors that are cheap)
5) NYX Pinky is a universally flattering pink lipcolor
6) NYX, Benefit, and Sephora Collection are my favorite beauty brands

2) My favorite drugstore beauty product is any of the Wet & Wild eye shadows.
3) Every woman should own a good moisturizer.
