Pussy Cat Dolls Smokey Eye Look

Hi Bellas,

I had a fabulous long weekend in Orlando. It was the perfect balance of sleeping, eating, and going out. My boyfriend loveddddd my mom’s homemade cooking and her insistence that he eat every five minutes, lol. While I was there I hardly had any internet connection but I was still able to film this video. It comes via viewer request – a Pussycat Dolls inspired look. It’s a different take on the smokey eye – I figured this was a safe look to do because everybody loves a good old smokey eye! I think that’s why my Import Girl Tutorial video is the most popular video yet.

I wanted to make this look easy. All you need are two eyeshadows – black and shimmery white. Looking back, I guess I could have used black tied since it has glitters in it, but I didn’t have it with me! I used a black eyeshadow from a Camera Ready Cosmetics palette, so really any black eyeshadow will do. I also used Overcast shadestick as a base because the shimmery/glittery white makes the black look sparkly. You don’t have to use this, any base will do. And lastly, I used my new Reflects Pearl Glitter on top – talk about fabulous! I love this stuff!

I had a few questions from people asking me what brushes I used in this video. These come from my A-Design Master set of brushes. I’ve been meaning to do a review/video on them, and I will soon!

Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy the look. I’ll have pics of the vacay up soon!
