Wedding Series: Bridal Shower Hair, Makeup, Outfit

Hi Bellas,

Thank you for patiently following along on my Wedding Series.  Today I'm finally showing you my final look from my Bridal Shower - hair, makeup, outfit, everything!  Check it out!
I will say, getting ready was a process lol.  At least I know what it takes to get glam for the big Wedding Day.  My day started with an 8am appointment with my fabulous hair stylist Messiah.  He created this gorgeous side swept do, with vintage curls.  I specifically wanted volume with my side part, makes me look taller lol.  He did a great job controlling all my fly aways and baby hairs by slicking them down with a small brush and pomade.  I love the placement of my hair accessory as well.

My girl Nalani aka BeautyBot beat my mug!  I really didn't want to do my own makeup since I didn't want to look like how I always look.  I booked her last minute and i'm so glad I did.  She was super nervous but I told her I loved her makeup style and to do her style, not what I typically did.  I did say I wanted some pink tones in the mix as it's a neutral color choice but different than the rose golds I plan to rock on the big day.  She killed it!  I absolutely loved how it came out.

So here's everything, makeup and outfit.  Like I mentioned, the dress is from BCBG and the shoes are from Amazon.  I'm so glad that my bridesmaid Leslie captured this random shot of me so I actually got a full outfit shot lol.  I was running 1.5 hours late for my shower because of the beauty prep, horrible I know!  But it all worked out in the end.

Tomorrow I'm going to upload my Bridal Shower GRWM/Vlog where I actually filmed the hair and makeup process as well as photos from the gorgeous shower my bridal party threw me.  Stay tuned!

One thing that was great about this place (and that allowed us to plan it in a short timeframe without losing our minds) was that food, alcohol and rentals are all in house so no extra vendors to deal with. Also the view from wedding venues nyc was amazing!
