I'm so excited to announce another installment in my Makeup Artist Series. It's about time right? I was so motivated and inspired by everyone I met at this year's New York Makeup show to continue to educate aspiring Makeup Artists and anyone that wants to learn and improve on their craft. I recently was introduced to Graftobian's new correct and highlight/contour product series so I thought this would make a great video to show you these products and how to apply them to all skin tones. There's also a huge giveaway. Enjoy!
Check out the video!
Here are some pictures and swatches of Graftobian's new Corrector/Hi-Lite Series. Note, these are all cream products in the original HD Glamour Creme foundation formula. You only need a little bit and the colors blend effortlessly together. Since they are cream you have more time to blend them into each other so that you can fix any mistakes before you decide to set it with powder. Shout out to KJ Bennett for helping develop the new shades with Graftobian.
Graftobian Hi-Lite Contour Lite
Graftobian Hi-Lite Contour Dark
Graftobian has always had the light corrector palette. It works great for up to medium/tan skin tones.
They have also extended the range to include deeper corrector tones.
And last but not least, the ultimate - the Graftobian HD Glamour Creme Super Corrector Palette. This has a combination of the hi-lite and corrector palettes in both light and dark. It's super convenient to have for your kit so that you can have products for every skin tone.
As you can see the colors range from cool to warm, light to dark.
Here's the makeup I did in the video - the entire face - foundation/correct/highlight and contour was done using the entire palette. I was even able to mimick covering deep discolorations such as blue/bruised undereye circles, red cheeks and a green based tattoo.
Guess what? Two winners will have the lucky chance to win their own set of correctors/hi-lite and contour! One will win the Global Corrector Palette and the other will win the collection of 5-Pan Palettes! To enter, follow me on @instagram and share, like and comment on the Instagram giveaway post to win!
