I wanted to write up a quick post featuring my makeup for New Years Eve. I didn't get some great shots since I took them impromptu in a restaurant. However, I do have a before and after! Check it out!
First off, a before shot! I don't often post before and after's but I went to the hair salon to have my hair pin curled so getting ready was a matter of taking out the bobby pins and putting on makeup.
I knew I would wear an all black long dress so I wanted some color on my face to jazz it up. I ended up going for purple on my eyes using a glitter from Eye Candy. I used MAC Violet pigment as a base so that the purple glitter would really pop.

From there, I went with a nude lip and some bold falsies from House of Lashes. My dress is an old one I've never worn and it's from the UK Website Dorothy Perkins.
