Opening the Box: Glossy Box

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with a different kind of video than I usually do.  This is a first impressions video of the Glossy Box.  This is a monthly beauty sample program that I've always seen my European Gurus rave about and finally more of us in the U.S. are getting our hands on it.  Check out my first impressions!
Check out the video!

Here's what came in July's Glossy Box:

You get a mini mag and a description of the items you get.  In total there are 5 items (mini size) and one extra.
This is what the box looked like when I first opened it.  Everything was in order and no spillage.
You get a Sebastian shampoo/conditioner set for colored treated hair.  The conditioner is really cool - it comes out like a mousse.  The set smells nice and is a good size for travel.
This is a minty scented heel recovery balm - I don't typically buy these kind of products but it actually works when I used it.  I think it'd be good for those days when your heels are feeling kinda rough.
This conditioning balm has a rose scent - not my favorite.  It kinda reminds me of rosebud lip salve which I used to be obsessed with.  I use it more for conditioning my cuticles...it's a great size to throw in your beauty bag for a plane ride which is what I'll use it for.
Lastly is a dual ended gloss by Senna.  I love this brand and I was excited because this is an actual makeup item.  However, I was a bit disappointed because it was too sheer and sticky.
The bonus item was a perfumed wipe.  Haven't tried it yet but it's an interesting idea.

Overall I liked this month's glossy box.  For $21 a month, I think it's worth it.  I just got August's box in a few days ago and I like the products in there even better.  Stay tuned!
