I'm back with a prom makeover! The inspiration was a smokey taupey inspired look from Rihanna and I turned it into a teenage appropriate Prom look. Check it out!
Here is the inspiration look. This silver taupey eye and nude pink lip combo works well on so many skin tones and dress colors. I love when a client brings in an inspiration makeup shot because it makes the consultation part of the makeover quick and easy.
The key to making this look age appropriate is to not bring the eyeshadow color too high above the crease and too low on the lower lashline. Keeping the smokiness contained brings the sexy factor down lol. I focused on glowing skin using my Graftobian Warm Super Cream Palette. On the lips I went for a baby pink nude using a mix of colors from my Viseart Lip Palettes.
