I just saw the movie Zoolander 2 and was totally inspired to do a makeup tutorial featuring Penelope Cruz's look from the movie. It was a fun, over the top look reminiscent of Sophia Lauren with cat eyes and overdrawn lips. It's actually pretty wearable too...check it out!
