The last thing you want is to have your makeup start to fade or smudge after an hour or two on the dance floor. To avoid this, it’s important to choose long-lasting products that won't need frequent touch ups throughout the night. Look for products with staying power such as waterproof eyeliners and mascaras, transfer proof lipsticks, and long-wear foundations. It’s also important to ensure that all products are well blended so that they don’t separate or flake off during the night.

Go Bold!
When it comes to Winter weddings, a great option is to go bold! This is especially true in the winter months when many people opt for darker colors like burgundy, navy, or black. I'm finally back with another makeover, sorry for the delay!  Today's client is a bride getting ready for her Spring wedding.  She was a referral from a previous bride.  She's not a makeup wearer so we went for something super fresh and natural.  We put a little shimmer on the lids, a natural false lash and then focused on perfecting her skin.  Lastly, we put a glossy lip color similar to her natural lips and voila, fresh and glowing bride!

I'm excited to share pictures from a recent bridal makeover.  We went for a sexy vampy look last minute.  I always do a bridal trial in advance but I'm always prepared for any changes a bride wants to make.  In this case it was from a nude lip to a dark Burgundy lip.  Check it out!

I'm excited to share with you another before and after.  My client came to me to have her makeup done for her son's first birthday party.  In the Indian culture, they go all out for this celebration and she was having a lavish boat party and came to me for her makeup.  I focused on a soft and pretty daytime glam.  Check it out!
