Halloween Makeup: Grumpy Cat - Easy!
Hey Guys,
So I’m back with my final Halloween Makeup Tutorial for
2013. I was overall pretty pleased with
how all the looks came out this year. I
planned in advance and had time to practice.
Last year, while I was in the middle of working full time and going back
to school for my MBA I thought my tutorials were so last minute and a little
crazy looking lol. Anywho, I
digress…this last tutorial is something that I figured you could bust out last
minute if you didn’t have a costume.
