I swear by the Garnier Fructis intensive conditioner (the one in the tub) for a weekly treatment. Daily, I used the Joico K-Pack shampoo & conditioner - its a salon product, so it's more expensive, but I find them to be more concentrated. I spent $40 for the giant shampoo, conditioner and intensive repair treatment back in March, and I'm just now running out of the conditioner - which I use twice as frequently as shampoo (I often just do a rinse with conditioner).

I also like the Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship leave-in conditioner - I use that in place of Biosilk and get great results!

hey! i use the pink tube, the deep conditioning treatment thing on my hair! it makes it really soft, but i don't use the shampoo, have you tried the new royal jelly one?
