Hi Bellas,

I apologize for no post yesterday but unexpectandly I found myself at the hospital for 14 hours yesterday with 1.5 hours of sleep because my bestie gave birth to her baby boy!  It was an amazing experience and perfect timing for this entry!  This post isn't really beauty related, but I definitely wanted to share it with you all.  A few weeks ago, my friends and I threw out best friend a baby shower.  It was a fabulous time and I wanted to show you all pics!  Hopefully this will give you guys ideas if you happen to be planning a shower.  Oh and did I mention that all of the Shower Planners wore matching red lips?  he he

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another Halloween tutorial!  I filmed this one Sunday night after a long day of studying for a Corporate Finance exam this week, lol.  It's always good to blow off a little steam with a super fun makeup look.  I knew I wanted to do a Lady Gaga look this year, I mean she is an icon.  There were so many looks to choose from but I think I came up with something really fun, dramatic, but super easy to do!

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another tutorial!  This is another option for Halloween but I actually wore this look to celebrate the season premiere of the Walking Dead on AMC.  This is an amazing film set in Atlanta which shows what would happen if the world was taken over by Zombies.  I took two of my favorite characters - Pin-Up and Zombie and combined them into one fabulous costume!

Hi Bellas,

Hope all is well! Sorry for the no post yesterday, I think I had one of the busiest weeks ever and took Monday off as a vacation day. I was in New York the end of last week for business, and came back to a crazy weekend. Friday evening I flew home and went straight to a Zombie Haunted House, Saturday Morning I had an 8 person wedding, Saturday evening I went to the Real Housewives Tour in Atlanta, Sunday I had the Sam Fine Makeup Class, and Sunday night I had my Walking Dead Viewing Party. Along the way, there was makeup makeup makeup, lol.

I have so many awesome posts coming up featuring these fun events. You may notice in the pictures that my hair looks a little different. Well I went darker a few weeks ago and never really mentioned it anywhere except twitter. Here are a few shots of my new color!

Hi Bellas,

I'm currently out of town on business so i'm fortunate to have guest posters that can pitch in for me now and then.  Today I feature a great article from Holly Watson on how to save a few dollars on your makeup purchases.

Make Up: Ways to Get Bang for your Buck
By: Holly Watson

The Mercedes Benz Fashion Week just closed the book on the next year in style and what a year it’s shaping up to be! Does anyone remember a while back when Italian designer Missoni cut a deal with Target that would provide lower-cost designer clothes to the retailer? Well during MCBW, that line debuted and ended up selling out in six-hours. Intrigued though I was, I knew it was hopeless to try to get myself a piece of the collection. But it highlights the fact that right now, high style for a bargain is something that’s defining our corner of society.

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another review, and yes it's brushes once again!  I hope i'm giving you all a taste of all the amazing options out there.  It's important to try different brands.  My brush collection is super diverse and one of the most recent additions comes from Glamcor.  I'm pretty sure everyone has heard about their amazing light and mobile kits, but you've got to hear about their brushes.

Hi Bellas,

Guess what!?!  Sam Fine is coming to Atlanta to teach a beauty class, eek!  It's not too often that we have these types of events in the ATL so when you have an opportunity to go, jump on it.  Sam Fine is an amazing Makeup Artist and a true inspiration.  He's touched the faces of celebrities like Queen Latifah, Iman, Jennifer Hudson and countless others.  I've had the pleasure of meeting him at the New York Makeup Show and via twitter and believe me, this is one man you'll definitely want to meet.  I've already purchased my ticket and you should do the same!

This event is also designed to raise awareness for Living Water for Girls.
The organization provides safe refuge for young girls forced into prostitution. These beauty events are designed to raise awareness and remind the girls that no matter what has happened to them... they are beautiful!

Let me know if you're going in the comments below, i'd love to meet you all!

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another video!  Recently I was cleaning out and reorganizing my old makeup.  It's crazy to see how much makeup piles up and I don't even end up using it.  I thought a great way to make sure of my makeup was to make a specific makeup bag that I can leave at my desk at work.  That way I have something in case I need to touch up or if I have a special event.  This is also a great idea for school.

Hi Everyone,

I'm back with another Halloween tutorial!  I've been trying to switch them up between cute and scary, lol.  Today I'll be featuring a super fun Katy Perry makeup tutorial, via her California Girls music video days with the blue hair, lol.  I love this look.  Overall it's actually pretty wearable (if you don't lighten your foundation like I did lol) and it's easy to do.  If you love glitter, this look is definitely for you!

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another product review! This is long overdue but I'm finally getting my post up on the Qosmedix False Lashes I received a few months ago. These were even featured in my August Favorites. I've already featured Qosmedix as the go-to-site for makeup artist disposables (even KJ Bennett tweeted about this!). They also have a great line of False Lashes at an amazing price. False Lash junkies keep reading!

Hi Bellas,

I'm back with another Halloween Makeup Tutorial!  Last week I did a sexy, cute look - Nicki Minaj.  This week, I'm going a bit more gory and scary featuring a broken bone wound.  This is a great makeup technique for a zombie, or any kind of scary costume.  I love this tutorial because the outcome is super professional looking but it's actually really easy to do!
