I'm back with another review. These products have been on my list for a really long time. Today I'll be featuring the Skindinavia Makeup Finishing Sprays. I have seen lots of reviews on them and I really wanted to purchase them at IMATS Pasadena last year but never got around to it. Finishing Sprays are one of those extra special products that really steps up your makeup game. What's the point of spending so long on a look if it doesn't last? That's what these sprays are meant for.
I'm back with another post! I wanted to share with you an amazing experience of 2010. I had the opportunity to do two amazing things...work with Celebrity Makeup Artist AJ Crimson and help prepare guests for the 2010 Soul Train Awards in Atlanta. I feel truly blessed to have been a part of the experience and I want to show you all my journey and what I learned that day.
I'm back with another post! This one contains lots of fun pictures of makeup I took of an Indian Wedding that I did makeup for a few months ago. It was three days of makeup on multiple beautiful ladies and I can't wait to share them with you all.

Hi Bellas, I get this question a lot from viewers - what makeup do I need to get started? This is geared more towards those that are starting out...maybe a little new to makeup or those who just want to make sure they have all their bases covered. I decided to share with you some of my recommendations that I've sent to some of my readers. The post ended up being so long that I decided to break it up. Today I'll start with Face Products - everything you need in your personal collection. On Monday and Tuesday i'll follow with Eyes, Lips, and Tools.
I'm back with another Bridal Trial makeover. I had the chance to work off another former bride referral - the best form of advertising. My bride came to me with several pictures of makeup she liked, and interestingly enough we didn't really choose any of them. As a bride, it's important to use pictures as inspiration, but to pick a look that suits your own features and personality best.
I'm back with another tutorial. This is the look I would have worn for NYE if I didn't forget my MAC Reflects Gold Glitter at home, lol. This look is inspired by pictures of makeup on J-Lo and Kim Kardashian - it's nude and smokey at the same time. This tutorial is great for a night out, makes you feel super sexy and glam!
Happy Monday and Happy MLK Day! It's a new day and I wanted to do a different kind of post. I'm always striving to make improvements to www.MakeupByRenRen.com. With a new year ahead of us, I want to do bigger and better things for the site and I'm relying on you guys to help me out!
I'm back with another look! I actually wore this for a bridal trial. It's a great everyday look that has just enough definition to make you look fresh and polished. I used NYX's Champagne and Caviar Palette which I picked up during a sale at Ulta. I think I got it for 40% off, putting it at around $5, not bad at all! In case you haven't noticed I'm really into neutrals lately. This palette contains colors awesome for getting an everyday look or smokey night time look. Check out what I think of the palette and the look I created!
I've featured Revlon's products before. They've sent me their falsies (lashes and nails) before, and recently they came up with a few new styles that I wanted to show you all. In particular, they've developped a new lash glue that i'm super excited to share with you all!
I'm back with another look. I made over my friend Johanna for NYE and the transformation was dramatic. I went for a look that always looks great for a night out - purple smokey eyes. Most people can rock this look no matter their coloring.
I'm back with another giveaway! This is a special one to celebrate recently reaching 7,000 followers
on Twitter, yay! I will be doing a giveaway every 1,000 followers till I reach my goal of 10,000 twitter followers. I will be giving away the Kissable Couture Glamour Kit which I previously reviewed here.
Happy Monday! I'm snowed in here in Atlanta but that doesn't keep me from announcing the winner from Friday's giveaway! Thanks for all the entries to my Sigma Makeup Sigmax Trio giveaway. I had an astonishing 540 entries in 3 days, thank you so much for participating. Now it's time to announce a winner!
I'm back with another Friday Giveaway! I wanted to save this video for after the New Year. It's my first contest of 2011. Believe me you'll definitely want to participate because I will be giving away a set of the highly coveted Sigmax Brushes from Sigma Makeup. If you're into flawless foundation, this set is a must-have.
I'm back with another look! Today I'm featuring makeup I did on my friend Melissa aka Mascara Melissa for New Years. We wanted to do something fun and edgy to go with her sexy cheetah print dress and Beyonce inspired hair.
I've recently noticed some buzz around the internet on creating Vision Boards. In particular, fellow blogger and YouTuber Scandalous Beauty aka Erin really got me pumped about it. These are boards with pictures and words that symbolize our goals. It's the perfect time to do it...with the beginning of the year already started and we're all making New Years Resolutions. I truly believe in dreaming big and working towards your goals. With this project, you can materialize your dreams onto paper and have a daily reminder of what you what to achieve. I wanted to share you my vision board and show you how to do your own!
Happy New Year! I'm back with pictures from the NYE party I attended. Thank you all for your feedback on my hair, makeup and outfit choices. Mascara Melissa and I took the whole day to get ready, lol, and in the end everything turned out fabulous!
Happy New Year! This is my first post of 2011, yay! I wanted to share with you pictures from New Years but I took the weekend to relax with friends and loved ones. Now I'm geared up and ready for more awesomeness on Makeup By Ren Ren. I'll make sure to have pictures this week of my New Year's Look, as well as my Vision Board for 2011! Meanwhile, I'll go ahead and start off the week with a look I did a few weeks ago featuring MAC's Club eyeshadow.
